Summary of "How Quickly Can I Get a Bail Bond"
Dan Nesser speaks about the time it takes to get a loved one out of jail on bond. |
A lot of times, people ask me, "Dan, how long is this process going to take?"
A
bail bond has many different scenarios to it. Sometimes the person who may be arrested, has not yet been arrested. Sometimes, they are in custody at the local police department, and sometimes a loved on is in the
county jail.
There are many different situations, but basically a bond takes between 2 and 6 hours. From the time I come to meet you, do the paperwork, my travel time to the facility, all inclusive times can change very drastically.
If your loved one is at a local police department, we can get to that police department in time before they are shipped off to the county jail. I can get the person released in less than an hour.
Every situation is unique. Every situation is different. Please give me a call, and I can help you understand what is going on.
