This business is very serious. Until it hits home, nobody likes to think about jail or having to help someone bail out. Often, bail costs can be reduced or eliminated by the court if the defendant stays in custody just one additional day. Other factors, like previous arrests and severity of the crime have to be taken into consideration, so a good decision can be made regarding bail. But in the end, the decision to bail is yours, we simply provide accurate and honest answers to your questions.

Doing a Bail Bond doesn't have to be intimidating, shameful, etc….. It’s a business contract with legal liability, and a lot of money is usually at stake. If you don’t feel comfortable helping the person who has been arrested, then I recommend you don’t get involved. You must be secure with assisting the person in custody. If you care, we’re there. It’s that simple.

We do not run credit checks and we usually do not need collateral (Unless the bond is high). Again, each case is different.
